Lucy started her insurance career in 2008 when she joined Hill & Hamilton. She quickly completed the required coursework and examination to obtain her Property & Casualty Insurance License. Shortly after joining the team of advisors at H&H, she immediately began to endear herself to her clients with her positive attitude and infectious personality.
Prior to her insurance career, Lucy spent ten years as a Sales Administrative Assistant with a leading national distributor of outdoor sporting products. This experience helped Lucy gain a keen understanding of client needs. It also positioned her well with H&H to provide the superior client focus she is becoming known for.
As a Customer Service Agent, Lucy works primarily with businesses to help ensure they are properly protected so if they need to use their insurance, it will respond as expected. In her free time, Lucy enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
